Struggles

As you start this journey towards a healthier you, remember that at times you will want to give up.  You will want to stop, because you are not seeing results.  You may be sore, tired, feeling weak.  A number of excuses can wash over you at point in this journey.  The one thing that you have to remember is you may have a cheat day or you may have a lazy day!  So what, there is always tomorrow and you can kill again!  Only when you stop have you failed.  As Autumn says in the 21-Day Fix, the exercises don't get easier, you get stronger.  Just focus on the small victories and the weight will come off, the inches will shrink and the energy will sky rocket.  Take each day as its own and you will see things start to change.  Maybe on day one you couldn't touch your toes during the cool down, but by week three you are the boss of those stretches and grabbing you toes like a champ.  Maybe you had to modify most of the exercises on day one, but by day 21 you are pushing through and not modifying most of the exercises anymore.  Those are daily victories that a scale can't tell you.  Bask in the victories of looser clothing and energy and don't worry about the scale.  Keep on, keeping on!
